I picked this topic because I am very interested in learning more about all the careers out there in the IT field, especially for entry-level. When I think about IT, I sometimes think about the IT people at my job who fix computer issues. I know there are more careers in the It Department, but I want to determine what route I should take after completing my degree. How do I choose the best IT career for me? If I had a specific job in mind, how would that be the best route for me? These are some of the things that run through my mind when I think about the career aspect of being in IT. When reading through Continual service improvement manager book, they talked about different careers such as service Level Managers, Service owners, Process Owners and more.
